Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Personalized or customized products, crystals with natural imperfections, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at harddishdailycarecorporation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.

Refund Process:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
